With more than 19 years of experience in financial services, Ona brings a relationship-centered approach to her role as Senior Client Services Administrator. She is passionate about building genuine connections with clients and works closely with advisors to understand each family’s financial story. Ona takes pride in helping clients feel understood and confident in their financial journey.
Raised on a horse farm in Kansas, Ona learned early the value of hard work from balancing school, cheerleading, and tennis to helping train the family’s show horses. After attending Emporia State University, she later made Arizona her home, where she met her husband, Andy. Together, they have enjoyed watching their two sons, Jonathan and Harrison, grow through school, baseball, and into their own career paths.
Outside the office, Ona enjoys the outdoors, working on home projects, spending time with the family dogs, catching a good movie, reading, and enjoying the company of loved ones. Whether at work or at home, she brings the same core values: commitment, authenticity, and a genuine appreciation for the relationships that shape our lives.
